Hi, I’m Sindy!

 

I’ll be your coach and online personal trainer.

I’ll guide and support you through the obstacles and challenges that have stopped you in the past from getting the healthy, fit body you want.

I understand because I have been there too!

I want to give you the tools to help you make decisions that are right for you, without fads, dieting or long hours you don’t have spent in the gym.

This is why I created Sindy’s Triple F Club, which is so much more than just exercise and food, it’s a community where you can feel safe, supported and motivated.

What exactly can I expect inside Live Fully Fitness Tribe?

Workouts for home and in the gym. You’ll find a workout library to suit your needs, along with stretch/yoga sessions! 

That combined with a weight loss and nutrition section so you can start to make lifestyle changes that work for you. 

There’s a whole library of recipes that are quick and easy to make and suitable for all the family.

 

Think of this as your one stop shop for your health, fitness and mindset needs.

 

You’ll have full access to a community of likeminded people and me, your coach.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you can do monthly pay as you go and cancel at any time. There are options to sign up for 3 months and 12 months and for making this commitment to your health and fitness you’ll be offered a cheaper rate for these options. These will renew if not cancelled.

Do I need loads of equipment?

No, we provide a very small equipment list for those working out from home, but there are plenty of bodyweight workouts too. Whether you want to work out from home, in the gym or on your travels, there is something there for you.

 

I’m a beginner, will I be able to do the workouts?

Yes, they have been designed for all levels, you can adjust them to suit you. I always supply options for different levels and there is a library of ‘How to’ videos to guide you through each exercise.

Will I have spend hours prepping foods?

No, we have created recipes that are quick and simple. No time to prep? I have also included information of what to pick up on the fly!

Will this be a restrictive plan?

No, quite the opposite, I move people away from the misery of deprivation diets and show you how to create plans that mean you can still have a life and eat food you love. I’ll educate you in the fundamentals, so you can live life on your terms.

How do I cancel my membership?

You are in full control and are able to cancel your membership within the site. Any problems and you can drop me an email and I’ll take care of it. 

How long you stay is completely up to you, as long as you are getting value from the group, motivation and support, you should stay so you can continue to create momentum and move towards your goals.
